·High Temperature Resistance: this product is made using special processes, with the highest temperature resistance achieving 1800℃/3272℉ and the long-term operating temperature reaching 1750℃/3182℉. It is stable at high temperatures, with superior temperature resistance, high-temperature permanent linear change rate, and corrosion resistance compared to high-quality fiber boards.
·Atmosphere Compatibility: it can be used under oxygen, air, nitrogen, argon, and vacuum atmospheres.
·Lightweight and Energy Conservation: the product features low density (0.65, 0.75, 0.85 g/cm3), low thermal conductivity, low heat retention capacity, sound stability, and excellent insulation properties. With approximately 70% porosity, the energy-saving effect is comparable to that of high-quality fiber boards.
·Long Service Life: It significantly outperforms fiber boards in terms of resistance to erosion by acids, alkalis, Na2O, and thermal shock, with a service life that can be several times longer than that of fiber boards.
·Other Features: The product boasts high purity, few impurities, high strength, and does not shed or fall off. It will not contaminate the sintered products, making it the preferred material for the lining of high-temperature furnaces.
